Bought a new reversible belt that I love! Opened the package the next day at the hotel and noticed the usual tag was missing. Was disappointed because I always keep all papers, tags, etc if I want to sell my pieces later. Tried the belt on and the loop was missing! Went back to the store, was given a new belt, tag included with no trouble. 😀

I been coming here for years and my sales rep Robert P. Have always been exceptional in providing me an excellent customer service experience. He always value and personalize your time at Gucci in the Forum shop. That's why Everytime I need to purchase any Gucci item I only purchase from Robert P. At th Forum shop location.

Fabulous experience! Knowledgeable staff who are clearly passionate about the products they sell. I came in here after consuming copious amounts of Vegas strip alcohol and still came out with exactly what I wanted (amazing wallet ) ...and a pair of $700 sunglasses I am not sure I need/want. However they are Gucci therefore awesome regardless. Thank you for your help

I am a huge fan of Gucci, I have been to many stores over the years but this one is my favorite. I was shopping for a new Gucci bag and Kia was super helpful. She was very knowledgeable about all the items in the store and it was awesome to watch her walk through the process of helping me find the perfect item. I ended up getting a new purse that day and I will definitely be going back next time I am looking for a new item.

I have a medical issue that makes it extremely uncomfortable for me to wear a mask. Even after I explained this to the lady at the door said she didn't care. The company policy applies to everyone, even disabled veterans and I cannot go in without a mask. I highly recommend shopping ANYWHERE ELSE! These people are extremely rude and unaccomodating!

i purchased a gucci belt on 9/2/18 at caesars palace gucci store i’ve purchased other designer belts before and i was very un happy with the quality of this 400$ dollar belt the holes on the belt have seem to stretch out more then one hole for some odd reason was shocked because wasn’t a belt i used on the daily i must say i will never purchase another item from any gucci store ever again i’ve purchased 25 $ belts at wal mart that’s lasted longer than that gucci belt

Udis helped my wife and I with our purchases. He was extremely attentive, accommodating and my wife found the bag she wanted. She ended up getting 2 bags. Would recommend this location.
